The biggest challenge was to effectively reach decision-makers at the c-level in companies with over 50 employees and to adapt the content to arouse interest, despite strong competition.

As the client wanted fast and highly personalized communication, we proposed a cold mailing campaign, which resulted in 16 leads and 69 responses from a total of only 206 prospects.

The challenge was to reach decision makers from large enterprises with more than 200 employees and to arrange the meeting. We proposed reaching through Linkedin. The initiated conversations quickly turned into 13 commercial meetings with high business potential.

Toshiba Tec Poland S.A. is part of the globally operating Toshiba TEC Corporation, operating in various sectors of high industrial technology and a leading provider of information technology, operating in many industries.

The challenge was to act in accordance with the GDPR and to reach 4 groups of decision-makers from 5 different regions of Poland with completely different communication.

Image-related issues and the protection of personal data were a priority, therefore the campaign was conducted via Linkedin and the prepared databases were verified in two stages. First by the agency and then by Toshiba's regional directors. We have also prepared several versions of personalized communication schemes, dedicated to management, finance, administration and IT.

The campaign lasted a total of 2 years.
